Position Overview: As a Rapid Response Guard, you will work at various sites across Hamilton including industrial, retail, healthcare, and office buildings. This dynamic role requires flexibility and quick adaptability to different environments. Site assignments are provided shortly before each shift, so you must be ready to deploy. 

Position: Rapid Response Guard

Schedule:

Continental Nights(1900 - 0700)

Payrate: $19.00/hr - $20.91/hr

Averaging Agreement: Overtime is AA after 88 hours 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols at assigned sites, including industrial, retail , healthcare , and office towers, to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
  • Operate security systems such as CCTV cameras and alarm panels, and promptly report any suspicious or unauthorized activity to appropriate authorities.
