Te whiwhinga mahi: The opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and skilled leader to take on the role of Rangatahi Hauora Programme Lead, supporting delivery of Taakiri TΕ«u Te Rangatahi across the Waikato.
This programme is designed to support rangatahi MΔori, Pasifika and care-experienced youth through equitable access to health, education and wellbeing opportunities.
This is a fixed term role until 30 June 2027 working 40 hours per week, with the opportunity for part-time hours for the right candidate.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and facilitate the delivery of Taakiri TΕ«u Te Rangatahi in schools, kura and alternative education settings.
- Build strong relationships with iwi partners, schools, kura, health providers and community organisations.
- Ensure safe, engaging, and culturally responsive activities that enhance the wellbeing of rangatahi.
