Job Description

As a RAMS Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of several subsystems and components within the rail sector.

Key responsibilities :

  • Perform advanced reliability analyses for complex railway systems, subsystems, and components, identifying the areas for improvement, propose design modifications, and recommend maintenance strategies to improve system reliability.
  • Assess the availability of critical rail systems, including track infrastructure, signaling systems, rolling stock or power supply. Develop and implement strategies to maximize system uptime, minimize downtime, and optimize maintenance schedules.
  • Assess the maintainability of rail systems to minimize repair times, optimize maintenance procedures, and reduce lifecycle costs. Integrate preventative maintenance, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance techniques to improve system reliability and minimize maintenance downtime.
