Overview
System One is seeking a reliable and hardworking Rail Yard Groundskeeper / Grounds Maintenance Technician to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and appearance of a newly constructed rail yard and surrounding properties. This position is responsible for vegetation control, grounds maintenance, snow removal, debris cleanup, and operating light equipment to ensure the rail yard remains safe and operational year-round. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, can safely operate equipment, and is willing to travel to assist at other rail yard locations as business needs require.
Responsibilities
+ Perform weed mitigation and vegetation control throughout the rail yard.
+ Remove brush, trees, and other vegetation that may interfere with rail operations or create safety hazards.
