Job Description

The PHY System team is part of Ceragon’s Radio R&D group. Ceragon delivers RF communication systems in both Point-to-Point, Point-to-Multipoint and Mesh configurations which are deployed as smart cities and internet access solutions, as well as backhaul solutions, for delivering high-speed Gigabit connectivity.

As the PHY System Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in Ceragon's Radio R&D group, leading a team of 4-5 professionals responsible for the performance and integration of modem, RF, and antenna components in our cutting-edge millimeter wave communications systems

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the PHY System team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Oversee the development of control and calibration algorithms for RFIC, antenna, and modem components.

Drive performance optimization of the PHY layer and ensure overall system performance meets or exceeds targets.
