**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Racker to join our day shift team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment and take pride in ensuring every part is properly prepared for downstream finishing operations, this is the role for you. You’ll spend your shift wiring and fixturing delicate parts onto racks—supporting cleaning, plating, and surface coating processes—while helping maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
**Pay: $17.00/hr + $2 raise after 4 months**
**Shift: 1st shift: 5:50am - 4:20pm, Monday - Thursday**
**Responsibilities**
+ Fixture parts onto designated racks per general instructions.
+ Read and apply special instructions when required, ensuring correct part orientation and fixturing.
+ Perform frequent counting of product to maintain accuracy and meet daily rack quotas.
