About the Role
As the R2R Accounting Operations Lead for North America, you will manage and oversee accounting operations for North American markets. You’ll ensure that financial records are accurate, compliant with Nestlé and local policies, and delivered on time. You’ll also lead a team, drive process improvements, and make sure our services meet agreed standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Accounting Operations team to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Supervise accounting supervisors and specialists, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
