Job Description
Queen City Distillers – Procurement Manager – Regina, Saskatchewan
You will lead procurement for a multi‑venue complex including a restaurant, sports bar, live music venue, speakeasy, and retail liquor store. Your role covers strategic sourcing, purchasing, contract management, inventory oversight, and vendor performance across all food and beverage outlets and operational departments.
Responsibilities
- All vendor sourcing and contract negotiation
- Procurement of food, beverage, alcohol, and operational supplies
- Inventory control systems and variance management
- Receiving and storage process oversight
- Budget tracking and cost reporting
- Compliance with regulatory and safety standards (SLGA, WHMIS, public health)
- Vendor performance management and reviews
- Ensure system accuracy for purchasing, inventory, and recipe costing integration
