About the Role
The Production Manager shares accountability for safety, environment, customer service, performance, quality, human resources, plant image, and community relations at the site. The role has direct accountability for specific functions in the Aggregates operation as assigned by the Plant Manager. The successful candidate will be organized and disciplined in execution, ensuring compliance with all organizational and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Implement and track maintenance, production processes and strategies to achieve targeted Operational Performance Indicators (OPIs).
- Use daily communication with management and Quality Control to drive group efficiencies, manage inventories and production performance.
- Manage stockpile inventories and assist in planning, driving and tracking financial performance with local/regional tools.
