Projects range from £500k to £20m, with a typical value of £1.5m£4.5m, and our clients range from ambitious scale ups to major corporate organisations. Were looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Youll take ownership of multiple live fit-out projects, working closely with the delivery and design teams to manage costs across the full project lifecycle. This is a role with genuine influence. You wont be buried in a back-office function youll be central to how our projects perform commercially.
