Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and related documentation
- Assess and certify progress payments to subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders to clients
- Manage and finalize accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience with quantity surveying measurement software is an added advantage
