The ideal candidate should have a minimum O level or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include preparing tender documents, liaising with the Procurement team, and managing claims and cost control. Teamwork, initiative, and strong communication skills are essential for this role. This position offers working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
