Job descriptions:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for fit-out projects.
• Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process
• Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
• Providing regular cost reports and forecasts to project stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating potential cost risks and variances
• Collaborating with the project team to ensure efficient project delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all financial aspects of the project.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of construction cost estimation, procurement, and contract management
• Proficient in the use of industry-standard cost management software and tools
