Quantity Surveyor
Location: London & South East (Hybrid/Site Based)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
An established and growing construction and development contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced project and commercial teams, managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing project costs and budgets to ensure commercial success.
* Preparing cost plans, valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.
* Procuring subcontractors and managing tender processes.
