Job Summary Provide measurement and pricing support for Mechanical/Electrical contracts by estimating costs, liaising with suppliers, assessing variation orders, processing claims, and managing contract documentation to ensure accurate project administration. Responsibilities Support measurement and pricing activities for Mechanical and Electrical contracts to ensure accurate cost control Calculate cost estimations and budgetary costs for Mechanical and Electrical services to inform project budgeting Liaise with suppliers to obtain and evaluate quotations for project requirements Assess and identify variation order (VO) work across all subcontract packages to manage contract changes effectively Process monthly progress claims and final claims to facilitate timely project payments Manage all contract administration and documentation related to the project to maintain compliance and organization Maintain project documentation in an orderly and proper manner to support audit and reference...
