Job Summary

Lead quantity surveying activities including pre-tender estimates, cost control, BOQ preparation, and coordination with engineering teams to ensure accurate project cost management and compliance within semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and data center sectors in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-tender estimates and conduct detailed tender analysis to support competitive bidding
• Manage post-contract cost control by producing monthly cost reports, processing variation orders, and negotiating final account settlements
• Develop cash flow forecasts, maintain risk registers, and prepare value engineering reports to optimize project costs
• Coordinate quantity surveying scope with all engineering disciplines to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost quantification
