Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for bidding information collection.
- Prepare all Bill of Quantity for the entire project and vendor reports.
- Prepare monthly progress report and progress claim to Consultants.
- Call for supplier/subcontractor quotation and compare with tender details.
- Verify subcontractor and suppliers' claim and prepare interim payment certificates.
- Responsible for quality/accordance to thespecification of the works.
- Check all new drawings for variation works
- Responsible for collecting, sorting and checking of bidding calculation of quantities.
- Organise subcontractor pricing and negotiations.
- Organise and compile all bidding quotations.
- Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.
- Any other duties not mentioned above as assigned by the Company.
