Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare bill of quantities for tendering of subcontract packages including sourcing out of subcontractors/suppliers
- Handle contract negotiations with subcontractors/suppliers and prepare subcontract agreement
- Handle cost monitoring, adherence to contract specifications and drawings
- Prepare payment certificates of subcontractor
- Evaluate and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreement with subcontractors
- Prepare variation orders and reconcile with the client’s quantity surveyors in accordance to the contract agreement
- Prepare monthly progress claim to client and assist in preparation of cashflow forecast for submission to client
- Coordinate changes in plans with design team and review the potential variation claims to client
- Provide assistance with either the tender process or project execution
