Job Description
Responsibilities
- To study & understand tender drawings & contract document.
- BQ for tender or variation submission.
- Preparing substantiation document for claim purpose.
- Ensure tender or VO submission is on time.
- Sourcing quotation from subcon and supplier and carry out comparison of quotation.
- Taking off quantities for tenders or site projects.
- Pre-tender/ site project estimates and prepare documentation.
- At least 1 years of quantity Surveyor experience
- MUST BE Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts
