Job Description
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation.
- Preparation, submission, and resolution of contractual claims, final accounts finalization, and implementation of cost control measures.
- Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors on quotations, pricing, and project requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor contractual claims in accordance with construction progress and milestone payments, while evaluating variation orders in close coordination with the construction team.
- Evaluate and certify subcontractors’ progress claims and payments.
- Attend project meetings to identify and capture variation claims, prepare interim valuations, and assess potential variation works.
- At least 1 year of experience in quantity calculation related to carpentry works .
- Candidates who are able to speak Mandarin will have an added advantage.
