Job Description
- Prepare and Tabulate the project budget for each material.
- Do quantity take‑off.
- Can do market analysis and quote invitation to subs and suppliers.
- Able to do calculation about Earthworks Excavation works.
- Can check actual work done and certify maincon payments.
- Able to prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), rebar and concrete fluctuation by base index and current index.
- Prepare quotation and progress claims for sub contract works, equipment rental and disposal.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate.
- Must know how to use Autocadd 2D and 3D, Excel and Powerpoint.
