Job Description
- Quantity take off and cost estimation based on technical details, drawings, and specifications
- Sourcing out of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Evaluation of supplier and subcontractor's quotations for recommendation of competitive prices
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and contract documents
- Preparation and submission of progress payment claims and variation orders
- Attendance of site meeting and liaise with the cost consultant
- Measure and value the work done on site
- Evaluation and certification of supplier and subcontractor's claims
- Finalization and closing out of project accounts
- Estimation of quantities, evaluation and cost comparison of sub-contractors quotations
- Reply to sales enquiry
- Prepare and follow up sales quotation
- Prepare project subcontract
