Job SummaryManage tender submissions, cost evaluations, and project cost monitoring to ensure budget adherence and timely delivery in construction projects.
Responsibilities- Prepare tender submissions, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs to support project bidding and budgeting
- Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Evaluate quotations and prepare detailed cost comparisons to inform decision-making
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to ensure accurate project billing
- Process subcontractor payment certifications to maintain timely payments and compliance
- Handle variation orders (VOs) and final account settlements to manage contract changes and closeouts
