Job Description
Full spectrum of QS duties from pre- to post-contract:
- Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and progress claims
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow
- Handle variations, VO claims, and final accounts
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation
- Oversee both landed houses, apartments, and commercial projects
- Minimum 3 years QS experience in Singapore
- Proven experience in landed residential projects (not limited to apartments)
- Exposure to commercial projects preferred
- Strong ability to prioritise work and manage multiple projects
- Able to perform under pressure and manage stress effectively
- Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented Good communication and coordination skills
