Job Description
Responsibilities
- In‑charge of preparing Building Orders
- Liaise with Main Contractor to finalize tender details, quantities and pricing
- Co‑ordinate with Main Contractor to finalize variation orders
- Submit monthly project cost and progress claims reports to Director
- Draft and present drawings for company projects
- Degree or Diploma in Civil / Construction and/or Structural
- Minimum 2 years experience in Aluminium, Cladding or Roofing preferred
- Applicant must be willing to work in the North‑West Area
