- Carrying out site measurements
- Managing costing and budgeting for ongoing and tender projects
- Processing payment claims and final accounts
- Performing liaison with client and main contractors
- Evaluating review terms and conditions of contracts
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Minimum Degree in Building Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Proficient in AUTOCAD and EXCEL
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry (special for RC works)
