Job Description
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Bachelor's degree graduate in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
- With at least 5 years hands-on knowledge of, and experience with bid documentations, procedures, and procurement
- Good & effective English communication skills both verbal & written
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office & Planswift
- Sound familiarity with the Building Code of the Philippines
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards, construction safety rules & regulation, and QA/QC standards is an edge
WHAT THE MINIMUM TASKS ARE:
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, budgetary estimates, and cost analyses for structural, architectural, and civil works.
- Manage procurement and tender activities, including sourcing quotations, bid evaluation, cost comparison, and supplier/subcontractor negotiations.
