Job Summary
The Quantity Surveyor (QS) cum Drafter shall be responsible for quantity take-off, cost estimation, preparation of quotations, progress claims, variation orders, and preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings for waterproofing and construction-related projects. The candidate shall coordinate closely with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities A. Quantity Surveying Duties- Prepare quantity take-offs based on drawings, specifications, and site measurements.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, tender submissions, and budgetary proposals.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and maintain cost control records.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for material pricing and sourcing.
