Quantity Surveyor- Pre Contracts Experience Only

Full-time Finance

• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project budgets
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Develop tender documentation and manage the tendering process
• Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare tender analysis reports
• Support procurement and contract administration activities
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
• Provide value engineering and cost optimization solutions
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum5 years of experience in pre-contract QS activities
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and tendering
• Familiarity with FIDIC and standard forms of contract
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX, PlanSwift, or QS software tools
