Buildforce Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a reputable contractor delivering a major industrial development in Northampton.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile scheme from an early stage and play a key role in the commercial delivery of a £30 million new-build industrial facility.
The Project
The project comprises a large-scale industrial and logistics development, including a steel frame warehouse, associated office, external works, and infrastructure packages.
