Job Description
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Post Contract (Noida)
Role Summary:
Post-contract QS responsible for billing, valuations, variations, and cost control for building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare IPCs / client billing & final accounts
- Measurement, BOQ verification, and work valuation
- Manage variations, claims, and change orders
- Coordinate with site, client, and consultants
Project Experience:
- High-rise residential / towers
- Villas & mixed-use projects
- Luxury building experience preferred
Requirements:
- Degree in QS / Civil Engineering
- 9+ years post-contract experience
