Job Description
Quantity take off for MEP services from drawings. Prepare and Submit notification of claims/variations. Prepare monthly interim payments as per work done on site. Assessment of sub contractor application for payments.
Skills- Good communication / coordination skills with project management consultants and contractors.
- Maintaining register relating to commercial and contractual correspondence, document and drawing revisions.
