- Prepare quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, and cost estimations for tender submissions and ongoing projects.
- Source, liaise, and negotiate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and ensure project cost efficiency.
- Prepare cost comparisons, develop, and monitor project budgets to ensure cost control.
- Prepare and award subcontracts, manage pre- and post-contract administration, and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), final accounts, and payment responses.
- Review and assess subcontractors’ progress claims and issue final payments in accordance with contractual terms.
