About the Role
An established construction company is seeking an experienced QS Manager (Civil) to lead the commercial and quantity surveying functions for large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee project cost control, contract administration, claims management, subcontract administration, commercial reporting, and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure projects are delivered profitably and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the QuantitySurveying team across multiple civil construction projects.
- Take ownership ofpost-contract commercial management including budgeting, forecasting, costreporting and cash flow monitoring.
- Monitor project costs,committed costs, cost-to-complete, commercial risks and recommend correctiveactions.
