MEP Quantity Surveyor Leeds (Commercial / Pharma / Residential Projects) £65,000 £85,000 + Package (DOE) Permanent Role Were working with a leading M&E subcontractor delivering a strong pipeline of projects across Leeds and the surrounding region, and are currently seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contractor working across commercial, pharmaceutical, and residential projects, with long-term stability and clear progression. Youll be responsible for managing the commercial and financial aspects of MEP packages across multiple live projects, ensuring cost control, accurate reporting, and strong commercial performance.
