Job Description
Responsibilities:
Qualification: DAE (Civil) preferably B.Sc. (Civil Engineering).General Exp: 12 – 15 yearsRelevant Exp: 10- 12 years as SQS/QS on construction & supervision projects of National Highways.- Checking proper records detailing measurements and calculations used to justify payments.
- Maintaining accurate and up-date records of the contractor's IPCs / EPCs including financial
- To prepare of IPC’s, Billing, Rate Analysis, Tendering, value Engineering and Pre-qualification.
- Will be responsible for all ongoing projects Cost & Quantity Estimation
- Preparation of Work Done Estimates.
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
- Preparation of Monthly installation According to the Work Done Estimate.
