Role Summary
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all cost and contract-related aspects of the project, ensuring accurate estimation, budgeting, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to support effective cost planning, procurement, and commercial management for infrastructure or building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation.
- Review contractor invoices, variations, and claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial progress, identifying risks and variances.
- Support procurement activities, including evaluation of bids and contract negotiations.
