Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Civil) with at least 4 years of experience, preferably in industrial building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates
- Rate analysis for construction works, materials, and subcontract items
- Preparation and verification of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
- Contractor bill verification and progress payment processing
- Site measurements and quantity verification as per drawings
- Contract administration, variation orders, and claims support
- Cost monitoring and coordination with design, planning, and procurement teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
