• Assist with cost planning budget tracking and financial forecasting for ongoing projects.
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) estimates and tender documents in line with project specifications and standards.
• Participate in contract reviews tracking of contractual obligations and support in identifying variations and claims.
• Support the preparation of interim valuations payment applications and final accounts.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to support subcontractor and supplier evaluations comparisons and cost negotiations.
• Liaise with site engineers planners and commercial leads to monitor cost performance and alignment with project budgets.
• Maintain uptodate records documentation and cost databases to support reporting and compliance requirements.
• Comply with BESIX procedures safety standards and quality controls.
