Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation and following up on progress claims, progress certification, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Maintain records, tracking and submission of all variation orders
- Able to work closely with whole tender team and carry out management’s direction
- Attend meetings/ site meetings
- Work closely with teammates
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Able to work under minimal supervision and be meticulous
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Pro‑active, a good team player and able to work well under pressure
- Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Building
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in local Building industry
