About The Role

Designation / Position : QS & SQS Civil – Global Measurement CentreJob Location(s) : Dwarka-DelhiWork Experience : 5-15 YearsRequirement - International Pre-contract work experience
  • Quantity Take-off and Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities as per International standards.
  • Familiar with International code of measurement like SMM7, NRM, CESMM4, POMI.
  • Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel and related software.
  • Prior working experience on CATO, Cost X, Revit & Navisworks would be added advantage.
  • Good technical writing and communication skills.
  • Should have experience in QS activities for residential and commercial project.
  • Well conversant with detailed specification of items as per drawings
  • Skills to work as part of team.
