Job Description
We’re recruiting a new Quantity Surveyor for our client in Hull. The client is an interior fit out contractor who specialize in shopfitting projects across the UK. They have an excellent reputation and history of producing quality, fast track fit out projects across the sector for some leading retail clients. Many of these clients are large food retailers such as Waitrose, Co-op, M&S, WHSmith, Sainsbury’s etc…
The role of Quantity Surveyor is to provide commercial support on projects to ensure that they are procured and delivered within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our customers' expectations. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the delivery of the project to meet its financial targets. You must have good communication skills with the ability to nurture relationships with both the supply chain and customers. This position will be based in the companies Hull office, but remote hybrid home working is available on a 3/2 or 4/1 working week split ...
