SUMMARY:
A well-established construction company in Durban is looking for an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on QS with strong site and commercial experience across residential and commercial building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full quantity surveying function on construction projects, including cost control, measurements, valuations, subcontractor management, procurement support, claims, variations, and project reporting.
