Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
- Measure work completed and prepare interim valuations and payment certificates
- Manage subcontractor appointments, payments, variations, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and identify any commercial risks
- Prepare tender documentation, BOQs, and cost estimates where required
- Work closely with contracts managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Manage claims, variations, and contractual correspondence
- Ensure accurate cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages
- Prepare and agree final accounts
