Minimum Qualification: B - Degree in Quantity Surveying (NQF Level 7) Required professional registration: Registration with SACQSP (South African Council for Quantity Surveying Profession) as a Professional Quantity Surveyor. Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 -5 Years experience post registration as a professional Quantity Surveyor. Proven track record in managing high level projects, managing matrix structures, multi-disciplinary and multi projects Experience in water infrastructure environment, will be an added advantage Key Outputs: Reporting to the Senior Manager: Project Management Unit, the employee will: Analyse construction plans and specifications Develop planning and cost norms and standards Develop tender document specifications Lifecycle costing analysis.
