Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Draftsman (Flooring) to join our project team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in flooring works with strong knowledge in quantity take‑offs, BOQs, and shop drawings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for flooring works
- Draft and review shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Prepare material submittals and technical documentation
- Assist in cost estimation, variations, and final accounts
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
- Support project execution and coordination with the site team
- Maintain proper documentation and revisions control
