QS
- Preparation of tender quotations including taking-off, materials/subcontractors outsourcing and costing
- Competent to interpret the specification and contract documents
- Sourcing of new suppliers and subcontractors
- Analyzing and negotiating costs in preparation of tenser BQ and ensuring cost control
- Preparation of process claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors
- Measuring of Quantity take off from drawings
- Preparation of variation orders, purchase orders and final accounts
- Main contractor to steel fabrication coordinator
- Prepare drawing under the supervision of senior Draftsman /Technical Coordinator
- Ensure drawing are produced according to company’s BIM standard and office procedures.
