About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor cum Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role involves contract administration and project management across the full project cycle from feasibility and tender to completion and handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of building materials and subcontract works, including tender calling, evaluation, negotiation, and award.
• Prepare bills of quantities, tender costing, project budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Administer contracts: progress claims, variation orders (VO), extension of time (EOT), PAM Contract obligations, and contract close-out.
