Job Description
Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor), and they are currently seeking for Quantity Surveyor (Contract Administration Department) to be part of the team.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)- Prepare and administer Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and company procedures
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters
- Review and prepare contract documents and maintain proper contractual records and correspondence
- Monitor subcontractors’ compliance with contractual obligations and follow-up on contractual issues during project execution
- Assist in the evaluation and administration of variations, claims, and final accounts in accordance with contract requirements
