Job Description
As our Company continues to expand, we are looking to hire additional QS personnel to support the existing team.
Job Description:- Prepare tender and contract documentation
- Assess and negotiate tender submissions
- Prepare agreements, letters of award, and work/purchase orders
- Evaluate projects' progress and variation claims, and assist the Management in payment certification and final account settlement
- Monitor projects' work progress and project schedules
- Provide cost advice to project teams and clients.
- Liaise with Clients and other relevant parties on QS and contract-related matters
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Management
- Minimum a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
